FAQ

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Out of respect for the space, only the person receiving services is allowed inside during the appointment—no extra guests, please.

Do you service children?

Yes, D does offer services for children! Just be sure to select the correct service when booking so enough time is reserved.

What if I'm running late?

Life happens! There's a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Fee is charged based on projected service total.

Are walk-ins accepted?

Appointments are preferred to maintain a relaxed and timely experience for all clients. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability.

Are consultations required?

Consultations are recommended for color services, custom treatments, and first-time clients to ensure the best results.

Do you work with all hair types and textures?

Yes! D has experience with all textures and takes pride in tailoring every service to the unique needs of your hair.
